Our commitment to the not for profit sector
Sightsavers: 10+ years of business travel and event support
Our partnership with international charity Sightsavers has now lasted for more than 10 years and we were proud to support 40+ events in the past year alone! We provide Sightsavers with full support on their event registration and business travel. Our support has not only been from the Portsmouth office booking travel, but we were thrilled to be onsite for their Programme Meeting in Dubai in November. Supporting Sightsavers not only allows us to showcase our diverse capabilities but also contributes to prevent avoidable blindness and support equality for people with disabilities.
NNN: Professional Conference Organiser for 11th year in a row
The NNN Conference 2023, expertly managed by MYT’s seasoned event team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, marked a decade of successful collaboration as the official PCO. With 350 in-person attendees and an additional 90 virtual participants, the conference provided a vital platform for global health advocates combating neglected tropical diseases. MYT’s comprehensive approach, spanning delegate management, sponsor coordination, in person and hybrid program execution, and logistical support, ensured a seamless event experience. Engaging plenary sessions, workshops, and side meetings, coupled with the successful implementation of a custom-built conference app, garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback. Attendees praised the MYT team for their dedication, contributing to the conference’s success and leaving a lasting impact on neglected tropical disease research and advocacy.
IAPB: Programme & Technical Support in Singapore
In June, Russell and Hazel headed to Singapore to support the 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE event which convened over 300 delegates and hosted 100 speakers to deliberate on the 2030 In Sight Strategy. In Person at the Singapore Eye Research Institution (SERI)’s fantastic venue, MYT supported the production of the event also broadcast live across the world.

Working closely with Pulmonx, we assisted with venue finding and organized 3 training sessions and presentations for 50+ attendees across Europe. Our highlight has been a Seville based presentation followed by Flamenco Show.
