Site Inspection
The venues selected for your approval will have been viewed personally by a member of our team and our professional comments added to the details.
Rate negotiation
With our expertise we negotiate the best possible rate at the venue. Provisional holds will be put on your shortlisted hotels whilst you make a decision.
Contract
Once you have decided on your venue, we will confirm the booking for you with detailed information about room layout, presentation equipment, dining arrangements and overnight accommodation. We will liaise with the hotel on your behalf, taking the stress out of every transaction leaving you with a fully organised event.
