The MYT Events Team

MYT are a team of highly experienced Professional Conference Organisers, dedicated to ensuring that your event is memorable, productive and stress free for both you and your delegates.

Our TEam

Established in 2000 and based in Port Solent, Portsmouth, MYT operates on a local and international basis providing high end solutions to our clients varying needs.

We provide a full range of professional event management services with a turnkey approach for clients across many sectors. Some of our clients make full use of this approach and rely on us to manage the entire process, whilst others select from our broad range of services dependent on the nature and size of their event.

 

Janine Lancaster

Founder / Managing Director

With more than 25 years in the hotel and events industry, Janine brings her extraordinary passion into the business and very easily inspires people to trust and follow her.

After travelling and working in different countries around the world, Janine identified a gap in the UK market for an agency who were committed to a personal and unique venue finding and event management service.   Transparency and honesty are core values to the MYT approach, as is attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service. 

Still working with many of the same clients from when the company was first established, her exacting standards, laughter and unyielding enthusiasm carry her clients and her team forward to keep pushing boundaries and excelling.

When not organising events, Janine doesn’t sit still for long and spends her free time hiking, cycling, sailing and relaxing with family and friends.

Rachel Bradley

Corporate Director

Rachel is an invaluable part of the core team since joining the team in the Companies infancy in 2003. With Rachel’s background in travel, hospitality and office management, she brings a sense of ‘all is under control’ in an office which is often a hub of event management craziness and deadlines. Her ability to remain calm and controlled under intense situations is one of Rachel’s key strengths.

A shared vision of working transparently, honestly and with a high level of customer service is what brought Rachel to MYT in the early years. With these core values still at the heart of MYT and with Rachel’s wealth of experience she cascades the message to the team and the venues we work with.

Rachel enjoys the finer things in life and when not managing our clients you will find her enjoying a day’s sailing one weekend, hiking along the Jurassic Coast the next or partying at a festival the next.  

Hazel Dupont

Operations Manager

Hazel joined MYT in March 2016 and has moved through various positions and is currently our Operations Manager. Hazel plays a key role in the management of the MYT team, ensuring that all projects have their dedicated teams, and that the suitable processes are implemented to make the MYT team more effective and efficient when planning events.  

Hazel loves the outdoors and spending her free time gardening, paddle boarding or setting up festive fireworks. 

Eva Natcheva

Project Specialist

Eva joined MYT in 2012 and is an integral and indispensable part of the team. Eva’s key strengths are her extraordinary attention to detail and speed of delivery. Eva shares the company ethos of going the extra mile for all our clients, no matter how big or small the event may be. Eva was proud to be part of the core team delivering the biggest MYT Event to date, the IAPB 10GA.

Eva is currently based in Lanzarote. Thus when not venue finding or building websites, Eva spends her time teaching as a fully qualified SSI Scuba Diving Instructor. 

Russell Thorne

Technical Lead / Producer

Russell joined MYT in 2020 and took an important part in developing the virtual event services for MYT. Russell has superb technical knowledge on virtual event platforms such as Zoom and Hopin. Russell’s past experience as Event Delivery & Sales Co-ordinator in hotels and his adaptability enabled him to quickly become a crucial part of the MYT Delivery team. His ability to remain calm and find solutions to any digital / virtual issue within minutes is Russell’s key strength. 

At leisure, Russell enjoys exploring the world in adventurous ways – he is an ex-Swiss Alps mountaineering guide – and loves travelling. Russell plays the guitar and you’ll often find him at music gigs.

Debbie Bielby

Event Planner

Debbie joined MYT in 2022 after working in hospitality for more than 25 years.  She has been Conference and Events Co-ordinator, Wedding Co-ordinator and Sales Manager for several hotels and Events Executive at Destination Southampton. 

At MYT, Debbie enjoys the venue finding, but also learning all aspects of virtual delivery.  Debbie loves working on the NGO’s side of the business as she finds doing events for them really rewarding.

In her free time, Debbie enjoys the outdoors and hiking, or being with family and friends. Debbie volunteers for Guide Dogs UK so occasionally helps with fundraising events, etc.

Sarah Partridge

HEAD OF BRAND & COMMS

Sarah is responsible for the ongoing design and marketing of MYT including its online and offline marketing campaigns and building its social media presence. Looking after clients in the planning and execution of their event including their design and branding needs.

Sarah has 25+ years of experience in the design and art direction of high street and independent brands. A creative person and former design studio manager with expertise in commissioning photography and videography and the planning and execution of photoshoots. A customer focussed person at heart with experience in the events industry including looking after clients, guests, VIPS and HNW individuals.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys paddle boarding, cycling, dancing and cooking for friends.

David Hall

Sales & Finance Manager

David was in the Royal Air Force for 9 years before leaving to set up his own business which he ran for 10 years.  He then spent another 10 years as a self employed area salesman in the renewable energy industry before moving to Portsmouth.

David works on developing customer and supplier relationships and provides invaluable support on the finance side of the business. 

In his spare time, David enjoys a round of golf, watching cricket and football. 

 

 

 

 

 

Sally Gregory

Financial Controller

Sally is a team player and works flexibly across the departments at MYT. Her calm and thorough work ethic are invaluable and Sally prides herself on responding to the needs of our clients in a quick, accurate and efficient manner.

Sarah Webb

Admin Support & Diary management

Sarah has been with MYT for over 12 years and has been an invaluable member of the team providing support to all staff members on venue finding, diary management and general admin.

Sally Holman

Event Administrator

Sally is a team player and works flexibly across the departments at MYT.  Her calm and thorough work ethic are invaluable and Sally prides herself on responding to the needs of our clients in a quick, accurate and efficient manner.

Claire Matthews

Event Administrator

Claire has returned to the the MYT Team after gaining a wealth of knowledge in her events career. Claire’s bubbly and down to earth personality matched with her creativity and expertise means she is able to provide outstanding support for all projects.

Debbie Jackson-Cole

Programme Manager / Facilitator

A French and Spanish speaker, Debbie provides multi-lingual, professional business services and works with MYT on multiple events.  An Accredited Facilitator with the Association of Facilitators, Debbie has experience running dynamic workshops and planning large conference programmes from initial design through to technical set up to ensure our clients’ conference programmes run smoothly.  This includes facilitating multi-lingual business meetings, liaising with local suppliers and offering key note & speaker support. 

Rosemary Williams

Event Coordinator

Before joining the MYT Team Rosemary worked as House Manager at Goodwood House.  The breadth of events she was involved in organising at Goodwood, demanded a keen eye for detail and quality.  By bringing this experience to  MYT our clients now benefit from her vast event knowledge and professional event skills. 

Ian Williams

Event Coordinator

Ian has worked as freelance event coordinator with MYT for the last 6 years and has been supporting MYT with projects such as the CHS Exchange, Taskforce Annual Meeting, etc.
