We at Maximize Your Time have worked with the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) for many years now and always feel privileged to be part of gatherings focused on eye health and vision care, as well as work with the incredible team at the Agency. 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE in Singapore was certainly a success; 2 days of plenaries, workshops and sessions with over a 100 speakers.

We were truly blown away by the incredible work of our team supporting the event, both in the lead up to (organising staff and VIP travel, delegate management etc) and onsite.
Working onsite and running the show is truly a passion of ours. Being physically present at events, overseeing every detail, and ensuring flawless execution is an exhilarating experience and with the global pandemic , we did not realise just how much we had taken being onsite for granted!
Furthermore, we are given the opportunity to build relationships with the dedicated staff at venues and within the local supplier community. Glowing individuals become an integral part of our event experience and over the years, we have formed lasting bonds with these amazing individuals, who have become more than just colleagues – they are our event family.
