NNN Conference 2023

The MYT Event team has just arrived back from a very successful onsite delivery in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. From the 19th to the 21st of September, we had the pleasure to support the NNN Conference as an official PCO for the event for 10th year in a row. The event was held at the Hyatt Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. With 350 attendees joining us in person and an additional 90 virtually, the NNN Conference 2023 was an incredible fusion of knowledge, collaboration, and innovation.

The NNN Conference 2023: A Snapshot

The NNN Conference, which stands for the Neglected Tropical Disease NGO Network, is a premier gathering that unites experts, professionals, and organizations dedicated to combating neglected tropical diseases. These are diseases that often go unnoticed but affect millions around the world. The conference serves as a platform for sharing groundbreaking research, fostering collaboration, and strategizing solutions to tackle these diseases head-on.

MYT’s Role in the Success

At MYT, we take pride in our commitment to delivering successful event experiences, and the NNN Conference 2023 was no exception. With eight dedicated MYT team members on-site and volunteer support, we did all possible to ensure that every aspect of the event ran as smoothly as possible.

Our team handled everything from delegate management to sponsor coordination, program and speaker management, AV setups, branding, hotel liaison, accommodation, and transportation logistics. This comprehensive approach allowed us to create an environment where attendees could focus solely on the conference’s enriching content, without any worries about the logistics.

Engaging Event Delivery

Thanks to the collective efforts of the MYT team and the NNN Organising Committee the event ran smoothly. We witnessed engaging plenary sessions, rapid-fire discussions, informative workshops, working group meetings that kept the attendees engaged and excited throughout the three days.

Additionally we supported two side meeting events which took place on the Sunday and Monday prior the NNN Conference and on the Friday after the conference.

In addition to all the logistical support, MYT provided invaluable assistance with a custom-built conference app, ensuring that attendees could effortlessly navigate the event’s schedule, access important resources, and engage with fellow participants.

Astonishing Feedback

We are absolutely thrilled to report that the feedback from delegates has been extremely positive. It’s heartening to know that the event not only met but exceeded expectations, leaving everyone inspired and motivated to continue their crucial work in neglected tropical disease research and advocacy.
