Three highlights from one of the events we supported this year, IAPB’s 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE Mexico, which took place in June 2024. 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE was the winner of the Best Development of an Existing Event by the Association of Association Executives for 2024.
Our partnership with the IAPB has stretched nearly 10 years, and this event was another huge achievement, with registration, app build, abstracts and technical delivery being just some of the support provided this year. For the first time, the event had posters, which we supported from submission to attaching to posterboards.
As always, partnerships with the AV teams is key, especially for live streamed and interpreted events. The team in Mexico were an exquisite extension of the team and the cohesion with MYT, the team and IAPB helped with the tremendous delivery of event.
As always, the event was not without challenges and hurricane watch bought our trip to Mexico to an end before visiting much of the delights of Mexico City.
