In March, MYT had the distinct honor of managing the annual Health Program Review meetings for the third consecutive year. However, this year presented a unique challenge – the event was initially planned to be a complex hybrid meeting. Working closely with our client’s technical team in Atlanta and their interpretation team, MYT was entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring a smooth and glitch-free delivery of the event.
The event was on the brink of being groundbreaking, combining in-person and virtual participation. The MYT team was committed to guiding the client every step of the way, leveraging their expertise in delegate management and technical aspects to ensure the event’s success. Equipment and testing were meticulously arranged to preempt any potential hiccups, reflecting MYT’s dedication to the client’s vision.
Yet, sometimes, even the most meticulously laid plans need to adapt. Just two weeks before the event’s launch, unforeseen circumstances forced a pivot from a hybrid to an all-virtual format. This transformation was no small feat, but the MYT team rose to the occasion, making it look effortless. They handled all communications with invitees, seamlessly adjusted registrations, and fine-tuned the event site to ensure that every participant could join the virtual space without a hitch.
The transition was so smooth that participants and the management team couldn’t help but sing MYT’s praises. Their professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond expectations, and their sheer dedication to excellence left an indelible mark. As event planners, our client found themselves lost for words to thank MYT sufficiently. MYT not only delivered on the promise of a successful event but also became an integral part of the client’s journey, transforming a challenging situation into a resounding success story. It’s a testament to the fantastic people at MYT who truly understand the art of event management.

For the first time, this event was scheduled to be a hybrid meeting which was quite a complex operation. MYT guided us every step of the way, working with our technical team in Atlanta and our interpretation team to ensure that we had all the equipment and testing to avoid glitches in delivery. Two weeks prior to the launch of our event, we had to pivot from a hybrid to all virtual. This was a massive lift which we could not have accomplished as smoothly as we did without the help of the MYT team. They handled all the communication with invitees, and adjustments to the registrations and event site to ensure that everyone was able to join the virtual space without any complications. Our participants and management team, all spoke highly of the seamless transition from hybrid to all virtual and as event planners, we do not have enough words to thank the team for their professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond expectations, and just being simply fantastic people!
