VIVID conference with a difference!
Maximize Your Time worked in close partnership with Echo Fox to produce a VIVID conference with a difference!
Held in a very large airport hanger at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference centre, the teams helped create a spectacular structure using boxes containing all sorts of goodies which would later be donated to local charities.
Following a morning of seminars and workshops – Maximize Your Time and Echo Fox joined forces to create a musical spectacular designed to energise the delegates after lunch. Starting outside the main building, drums and maracas created the perfect noise to grab the attention of the delegates ready for the next part of the day. We moved our way through the corridors into the lunch rooms – gathering Vivid employees as we went.
Delegates then formed a large round circle in the hangar and this was Ed’s time to shine. In the centre of the circle Ed got everyone involved in few short energisers and ice-breakers that include the Haka, body percussion and dance.
The delegates were then put into groups and given a flat pack box which they had to ‘populated’ with consumables (8 items – for example jars of jam, candles, chocolates etc) which were dotted around the hanger.
Ed then lead everybody in a StepByStep body percussion and movement activity which was timed in such a way that the boxes could be passed forward within a rhythmic pattern as the structures begin to emerge.
The boxes were then delivered to a few charities supported by the client after the event.
