Established in 2000 and based in Port Solent, Portsmouth, MYT operates on a local and international basis providing high end solutions to their clients varying needs.
We provide a full range of professional event management services with a turnkey approach for clients across many sectors. Some of our clients make full use of this approach and rely on us to manage the entire process, whilst others select from our broad range of services dependent on the nature and size of their event.
Janine Lancaster - Managing Director
Janine Lancaster is the Managing Director of MYT. With more than 25 years in the hotel and events industry, Janine brings her extraordinary passion into the business and very easily inspires people to trust and follow her.
After travelling and working in different countries around the world, Janine identified a gap in the UK market for an agency who were committed to a personal and unique venue finding and event management service. Transparency and honesty are core values to the MYT approach, as is attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Still working with many of the same clients as when the company was first established, her exacting standards, laughter and unyielding enthusiasm carry her clients and her team forward to keep pushing boundaries and excelling.
When not organising events Janine doesn’t sit still for long and spends her free time hiking, cycling, sailing and relaxing with family and friends.
Rachel Bradley - Corporate Director
Rachel is an invaluable part of the core team since joining the team in the Companies infancy in 2003. With Rachel’s background of travel, hospitality and office management, she brings a sense of ‘all is under control’ in an office which is often a hub of event management craziness and deadlines. Her ability to remain calm and controlled under intense situations is one of Rachel’s key strengths.
A shared vision of working transparently, honestly with a high level of customer service is what brought Rachel to MYT in the early years and with these core values still at the heart of MYT and with Rachel’s wealth of experience she cascades the message to the team and the venues we work with.
Rachel enjoys the finer things in life and when not managing our clients you will find her enjoying a day’s sailing one weekend, hiking along the Jurassic Coast the next or partying at a Festival the next. All of the above will end with dinner and bubbles with her much valued family and friends.
Eva Natcheva - Senior Event Planner
Eva joined MYT in 2012 and is an integral and indispensable part of the team. Eva’s key strengths are her extraordinary attention to detail and speed of delivery. Eva shares the company ethos of going the extra mile for all our clients, no matter how big or small the event may be.
Eva speaks with pride about the largest event in which she was Assistant Project Manager alongside Janine – the IAPB 10GA, an event for 1200 in Durban, South Africa.
When not venue finding or building websites Eva spends her free time as a fully qualified SSI Scuba Diving Instructor and also enjoys snowboarding.
Rosemary Williams - Key Account Manager
Before joining the MYT Team Rosemary worked as House Manager at Goodwood House. The breadth of events she was involved in organising at Goodwood, demanded a keen eye for detail and quality.
By bringing this experience to her role at MYT our clients now benefit from her vast event knowledge as the delegates at the recent Sighsavers Programme meeting will verify, after we received numerous emails of thanks and praise.
Hazel Dupont - Travel & Event Planner
Hazel is our youngest member of the MYT team and joined us in March 2016 after after successfully completing her A’levels and travelling to New Zealand. Hazel is already showing huge promise and is becoming an efficient and committed event organiser, which is no mean feat at such a young age and testament to her tenatious character. Hazel has been assisting on various projects on the association’s side of the business – including an event in Geneva for 750 delegates.
Hazel is a keen Scout Leader and brings a sense of commitment and adventure to her work with MYT.
Zoë Stride - Travel & Event Planner
During her time studying and securing a Masters Degree in History, Zoe worked in the hospitality industry where she gained experience in delivering events and customer service. Zoe’s calm, focused and unflappable work ethic is invaluable to a busy office and this approach was none so more evident when working on organising the travel arrangements for the recent Queens Young Leaders Event.
In her spare time Zoe is a keen hockey and cricket player.
Debbie Jackson- Cole - Speaker & Programme Manager
A French and Spanish speaker, Debbie provides multi-lingual, professional business services and works with MYT on multiple events managing and liaising with local suppliers, facilitating multi-lingual business meetings and hosting evening receptions. Debbie also offers Key Note & Speaker Support, managing the programme of presentations from initial design through to technical set up to ensure our clients conference programme runs smoothly.
Harriet Clark - Freelance Event Coordinator
Harriet’s versatile and extremely adaptive personality has allowed us to work with her as a freelance support on events. Harriet understands the demands of an event and only within minutes from the initial briefing is able to generate ideas and solutions which suit the client needs.
Sally Gregory - Financial Controller
Sally has worked with MYT as our Financial Controller for more than 15 years and has been involved fully in the growth of the business. Sally’s impeccable preciseness with numbers has been crucial throughout many projects and has led to the successful budget reconciliations for all the projects we have worked on. Her friendly and hands on approach is essential as she helps our clients with their conference budgets and accounts.
Sarah Webb - Administrator
Sarah is a long standing member of the MYT team joining the company over 10 years ago. The accuracy of Sarah’s work and attention to detail is second to none and is a huge asset for the company.
Sally Holman - Administrator
